 The balm is like a petroleum jelly.

You apply on your cracked heels or on your whole feet.

 I love the socks. It has something smooth inside so that the

balm won't transfer on it. You can also use the socks as your slipper at

home but it's better to use a slip-on so that it isn't hard to wash.

 I love using this overnight and after my tiring hospital duty.

And the next day, after you removed the socks

the dry skin was removed and it leaves your feet so soft and moisturized.
