Review: Jordana Oil-Free Creamy Liquid Foundation

Hello my dreamcatchers! Yey! Few more days and I promise(lol) I'll get back on track. Last time I went to Manila I bought these liquid foundation. I think it's one of the most affordable foundation I have in my stash right now. These are the Jordana Oil Free Creamy Liquid Foundations!

Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Peg - 8, Isopropyl Isostearate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Stearic Acid, Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Talc, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Acetate, Diethylhexyl Adipate, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Peg - 20 Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Triethanolamine, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Lanolin Alcohol (Lanolin), Lecithin, Cocoyl Sarcosine, Cellulose Gum, Methylparaben, Ethylhexyl Stearate, Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol, Allantoin, Tocopherol, Propylparaben, Panthenol, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).

 

The shades that I got are Beige and Toast. Actually, I didn't buy them at the same time. First, I bought is Toast because at the SM store it looked perfect on my skin tone 'cause it has a yellow undertone even the SA told me it matches my skin tone. duh! I blame the lighting! When I got home and tried it. It was too dark for me so the other day I bought another one,beige,which is lighter than my skin tone and has a pinkish undertone. I thought that "oh well, I can mix them together since they're from the same line."

As you can see, the toast is darker than my skin tone while beige is kind of similar to my skin tone except that it has a more pinkish undertone.

Pros:

 `Affordable for PhP199.00 only

`You can choose from different shades that will match your skin tone

`It has a slight vanilla scent on it

 `It has a medium coverage

`It has a matte finish rather than dewy

`Flawless finish

`It doesn't cake

`It lasts for almost 6 hours without primer and with minimal blotting

Cons:

`Packaging is such a downside for me. I don't like that it doesn't have any pump or even a spatula like the one from SanSan's matte foundation

`I don't know why the Beige and Toast have different consistency. Beige is more liquid than creamy while Toast has just the right creamy liquid consistency.
