Coastal Scents is a makeup brand in the USA but you can buy and order one from @makeupandthecityph 100% legit and authentic! Though, there are two prices attached on the box 1,150 and 1,300 pesos.

 These are a bit chalky but they're pigmented.

 It has 9 pans. They're not detachable.

I love the highlight and contour powder except the blushes because they're too pink for my liking. Yet, I think this palette is nice for all skin tones.
