 It's semi creamy and semi mousse type of cream. It's so soft and like icing or frosting on a cake. It surely do its purpose as it brightens up my face.

I am feeling under the weather these past few days because of my allergic rhinitis and because of the scorching heat and I don't wear foundation at all and use this cloud cream to make my face looked radiant as possible. You can use this as is or use this as base for your makeup and you'll have that instant dewy finish when foundation is on top of this. Overall, I like this product especially this hot days. It has sun protection and it's natural.
