As expected, it's a lip gloss. It's slightly sticky but it's hydrating on the lips. It has a vanilla scented fragrance that I love. So yummy! It adds plump and lips are looking luscious. The shade is like the color of my natural lips. This lip gloss is best partnered with matte lipsticks that you want to amplify.
