I don't have any foundation higher than PhP 1,000 just because I'm kuripot and as much as possible I want to find any affordable foundation that works well with its quantity and its quality. I have been seeing this product for a quite a long time already. Mostly from Instagram shops that orders their items internationally. This is the Milani Conceal + Perfect 2 in 1 Foundation + Concealer. I really forgot the exact price, I bought this at Makeupholics at their Pop Culture, Trinoma branch but I guess it's just around PhP500.

Actually, I have a hard time looking for the right concealer for my under eye area because sometimes when I used concealer it highlights my fine lines more than it hides. That's why I on my makeup collection, you can easily count my concealers since it's below 10 only.
