Bobbie Cosmetics is an under rated brand. If you're not familiar with Chic Centre they're actually the owner/company of Bobbie Cosmetics. Anyway, I already introduced this brand from my previous review. They do have a website but it doesn't have any product description or anything about the product. I'll just write down what I discovered or saw from this item.
This is Bobbie Cosmetics EYE LOVE IT! Ultra Fine Point Liquid Eyeliner and it's housed in this cutie pink eyeliner pen which I really like to look at. To be honest I don't know how much product (ml) it contains since it is not printed in the item nor in their website.
Thankfully, it is FDA approved (link: http://www.fda.gov.ph/consumers-corner/cosmetic-product-notification/325594-NN-1000000573842).
It retails for PhP 190.00 only and that's really an affordable product to begin with. It says that it is ultra fine point and I agree with that.It has a felt tip brush makes lining so easy to apply.
With its ultra fine tip, you can maximize the use of the eyeliner creating thin lines to thick lines. Somehow, I didn't expect it to be opaque because of its price but dang it's quite pigmented.
When you applied it and wing it out, it sets quickly. Yet, I tried testing it by rubbing and spraying water and too bad it wasn't smudge proof and waterproof. But in all fairness, I can do my wing line precisely with its felt tip brush and I didn't need to go back and forth to make my eyeliner pigmented. Is it long lasting? That will depend on your work load and skin type. I have combi skin type and it didn't smudge much on my eyelids 'cause I didn't touch or rub it. I think as long as you're not touching it then it'll not smudge. I'm going to rate it 2.5 out of 5.
